IPI Celebrates Travel RN's during Nurses Week!
It is nurses week... thanks for all you do!
According to healthcare experts, the present nursing shortage is going to extend to 2020 with an estimated 400,000 Nursing vacancies. It's hard to believe that the nursing industry is so hard pressed.
This is where you, as a traveler, come to the rescue... and you are awesome! Lots of miles, long hours and unfamiliar routines... it's no secret that it takes a real love for the nursing profession and a passion for quality patient care to keep it going out there. Travelers know that the new experiences, new friends and the chance to share your love of nursing with your patients are priceless... and we're so proud to be a part of what you do!
No words can describe the appreciation we have for you and your dedication. All of the hours that you log, all of the patients that you care for, all of the families that you reassure by being there... it is so great to have the privilege to work with you. You're an intricate part of something very special.
Without travel nurses, sick patients would not receive adequate care, families would be distressed and hospitals would have to turn patients away. Each day IPI celebrates our travelers and their efforts. Nurse's week is a great way to celebrate not only your profession, but you! There are many ways to acknowledge our travelers during nurses week. It's IPI's hope that you feel appreciated by everyone in our office... every day! all the time!
You rock!
