We Care Service is a way for Innovative Placements, Inc. to offer excellent service 24 hours a day. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00a.m. to 5:30p.m. Eastern standard time. After hours, recruiters are always on call.
National Choice of Assignments
Innovative Placements, Inc. works with thousands of hospitals and acute care facilities across the country. Our assignments are from 8 to 26 weeks in duration. You choose your shift, it's that easy. You tell us where you want to go and we will take care of all the details.
Travel Reimbursement
Innovative Placements, Inc. gives generous travel reimbursement to and from assignments. We realize the financial burden of relocating and are here to help. Check with a recruiter for specific round trip totals.
$1000 Referral Bonus Program

Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit is available to all travelers, giving you convenience and peace of mind regarding your payroll. Direct Deposit allows you to have your payroll electronically deposited directly into your desired account at 11:59p.m. the Thursday before payroll. Your payroll stub will be subsequently mailed to you via regular US mail. This service is offered to our travelers at no additional cost. All we need is a voided check to get started. You won't need to worry about deliveries, or getting to the bank right away.
Double Overtime
DOUBLE OVERTIME means you get paid extra for all your hard work!! All time recorded over 40 hours per week will be paid at doubletime. Give us a call to get started today!! (some restrictions apply)
License Reimbursement
Innovative Placements, Inc. provides step-by-step instructions on obtaining licenses from all states. We can also help with any and all questions regarding the new compact laws. Innovative Placements' staff of recruiters go the "extra step" - "the above and beyond" to make your travel assignment everything it should be. Travelers will have a one on one relationship with the recruiter for all the details of the assignment.

We have undertaken a joint venture with a Nationally Recognized CEU Provider to offer you a wide array of continuing education courses.
