What qualifications do I need to work with Innovative Placements?
We require at least one year of experience in your preferred area of specialty, 2 above average references, a great attitude and a desire to have a great time!
How do I get started with Innovative Placements?

Do I have to submit an application?
No. Your information will qualify you for open positions, once you are ready to go. No paperwork is needed to speak with a recruiter; however there is a list of items that will be needed in order to submit an RN or technician for an open position. Click here for details (pdf).
I am moving across the country, what should I expect?
You should expect a map to and from your current home to your new apartment and another to your new facility. When you arrive at your apartment you will find everything you need, and maybe some extra goodies!
Do you pay double-time for overtime?
A large majority of our assignments pay double time for over 40 hours a week. Call a recruiter, or sign on for a live chat for more information.
How will I become orientated to my new position?
Innovative Placements will provide all the needed orientation information, times and places to report. You will know exactly where to go and what to expect your first day.
What type of accommodations should I expect?
Innovative Placements' housing department will make all of the arrangements for you, all you have to do is pick up your key! Check out our housing department or call 800-322-9796.
How soon after contacting Innovative Placements can I travel?
You can begin your first assignment within one week or as far away as 6 weeks. Once our recruiters receive the required paper work, assignments options can be monitored to fit your time frame.
What happens when I accept an assignment?
Your recruiter will go over the complete details of your assignment, all information will be put into your confirmation and contract, along with all of your travel details and quickly mailed to you. Now all you have to do is pack, our dedicated team will take care of the rest!
How do I obtain an RN license for my new assignment?
Innovative Placements has knowledgeable recruiters that can help with all licensing. We also reimburse for licensure cost for your new assignment.
What paper work will I need to start my assignment?
Immunizations, Physicals, TB and all JCHAO required documents will be required before you start your assignment. Our quality assurance manager will help with all the details.
